ABSTRACT

Objetivo: Determinar la correlación entre nivel educativo del docente y su calidad en la enseñanza universitaria en la Universidad Alas Peruanas filial Ica en el 2017. Materiales y métodos: La investigación se realizó sobre 113 docentes universitarios de la Universidad Alas Peruana filial Ica que ostentan diferentes grados académicos, quienes fueron evaluados por 904 alumnos a quienes imparte sus clases. La investigación es de tipo observacional, transversal, prospectiva y analítica. Resultados: Existe diferencias entre las medias de las calificaciones de calidad pedagógica entre los niveles educativos que ostentan los docentes de la Universidad Alas Peruanas filial Ica 2017. Conclusiones: Existe mejor calidad pedagógica cuanto mejores niveles educativos tienen los docentes, reflejados en sus grados académicos. (AU)

The research is observational, transversal, prospective and analytical. Results: There are differences between the means of pedagogical quality scores among the educational levels held by the teachers of Alas Peruanas University, Ica 2017. Conclusions: There is a better pedagogical quality when the educational levels of teachers are better, reflected in their academic degrees. (AU)
